Private Candle-Making Parties

Celebrating a birthday, bachelorette party or bridal shower? Looking for a fun team building exercise or corporate event? Or, just looking to get a group of friends together for a good time? Join us at Candle Palace Valdosta for a candle making experience and a great vibe. 

ABOUT YOUR CANDLE PARTY

Private candle-making parties last 90 minutes and candles will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour to solidify. While your candles are solidifying, enjoy music, food (BYOB and BYOFood) and games. We will also host giveaways. 

Party Package A: $400 (+ tax)

**PARTY PACKAGE A INCLUDES:

  • Candle making for 10 people. $35 for each additional person up to 20 people
  • 90 Minutes of Candle Making 
  • Candle Making Supplies, Including: Coconut Wax, 1 Jar (8oz) Cotton Wicks, Botanicals + Fragrance Oils
  • Special Candle Labels to Customize or pre-customized labels with company name, church name, OR event name
  • Dedicated Wax Instructor
  • Candle Burning Tips and tricks
  • Giveaways
  • Games
  • A table for food, cakes, and drinks

Party Expectations and Requirements

  • Must choose a date and time from the available time slots
  • $75 non-refundable deposit 
  • A clean up fee of $30 will be charged in addition
  • Only light snacks or appetizers are allowed (we will have a table for setup of cake and food)
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled time to check-in, can also use this time to setup or decorate
  • Class will start no more than 10 minutes after scheduled time
  • If party is more than 20 minutes late, event will be rescheduled for another date and time

Party Package B: $450 (+ tax)

Includes everything in Party Package A except the Clear OR White 8 oz jar. 

  • Party will be able to choose from a variety of colors of 12 oz jars
  • Minimum of 10 guests. $ 35 for each additional person up to 20 people

Includes  

  • Any theme you like
  • Pre-drawn canvas, paint, brushes
  • Minimum of 10 guests. $30 for each additional person up to 20 people

If you would like to rent the space, it will be $125 an hour during the week, and $175 an hour on weekends.
